摘要
通过对CNAST0381能力验证计划项目结果的总结,并与我国塑料领域7家国家级检测中心平均结果进行比较,说明当前我国实验室塑料拉伸屈服应力、5%应变拉伸应力能力验证测试满意并可信任的实验室约占75%,而拉伸屈服应变能力验证测试结果满意并可信任的实验室约占68%。在此基础上,对试验过程中试样非期望预应力形成、错误清零操作、标准概念理解、引伸计精度等影响因素进行了深入分析,指出非期望预应力的错误清除是测试结果偏离的主要原因,而实验设备精度、标准概念的理解、工作的认真仔细等方面也有进一步提高的必要。
The CNAS T0381 proficiency testing program was summarized and was compared with the average result of seven national plastics test centers in China. The result showed that 75% of the laboratories were trustworthy on the test results of tensile stress at yield and tensile stress at 5% strain tests, 68% of the laboratories were trustworthy on the test results of tensile strain at yield test. The influencing factors on the test result, such as the pre-stress during grip, wrong operating of reset, and understanding of standards were also analyzed. It was found that the main factor was eliminating the pre-stress. The precision of equipment, understanding of standards, the working attitude should be improved.
