Oddi括约肌功能的电生理研究与启示 被引量：11

摘要 上世纪Rugero Oddi对胆总管下端括约肌结构的发现和命名，奠定了Oddi括约肌功能研究的基础。然而时至今日，我们对胆胰结合部的了解仍然不足，特别是Oddi括约肌（（sphincter of Oddi，SO）的基础研究仍明显滞后于临床，如何准确评价SO的功能及诊治Oddi括约肌功能障碍（sphincter of Oddi dysfunction，SOD）仍是一个难题。在临床上大部分SOD都发生在胆囊切除术后的病人，
