摘要
采用窥视下尿道内切开及滚筒式汽化电刀电切术治疗尿道狭窄９例。其中前尿道狭窄２例，球膜部狭窄６例，膀胱颈部狭窄１例。狭窄长度＜１．０ｃｍ者２例，１．０～２．０ｃｍ者６例，２．５ｃｍ者１例。术后全部病例排尿通畅，２例有轻度尿失禁。轻度尿道出血和肉眼血尿７例。结果显示尿道内切开及汽化电切术治疗尿道狭窄是一种安全有效的方法。用滚筒式汽化电刀切除尿道瘢痕比用电切袢电切更易掌握，可由浅入深地对尿道瘢痕作环状切除，创面几无出血，视野清晰。本组近期效果满意，远期效果有待进一步观察。
Urethrotomy with subsequent transurethral evaporation using rolling knife were carried out for 9 male patients with urethral stricture or atresia located at the bladder neck in 1, at the anterior urethra in 2 and at the posterior urethra in 6. The length of the urethra involved was 2.5cm in 1, 1.0～2.0cm in 6 and less than 1.0cm in 2. Normal micturination has been achieved in all. Mild stress incontinence has been noted in 2 and mild hematuria in 7. Urethrotomy with transurethral evaporation was claimed to be safe and effective for the management of urethral stricture and atresia.
