摘要
本文在运用补心软脉胶囊治疗冠心病有良好疗效的基础上，进行了动物实验。研究结果表明，补心软脉胶囊能明显降低垂体后叶素所致大鼠心电图Ｔ波峰值，对抗异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心电图ＳＴ段的抬高，缩小左冠脉前降支结扎大鼠心肌梗塞范围，提高心肌、血清ＳＯＤ活力，降低其ＭＤＡ含量，减少心肌ＣＰＫ、ＬＤＨ，并能抑制大鼠血栓形成。
An animal experiment was made using Heart Tonifying and Vessel Softening Capsule.The reslt showed that the capsule can markedly reduce the peak value of T wave of the rat's ECG induced by pitutrin,antagonize the rise of the ST section of the rat's ECG induced by isoroterenol,minimize the range of myocardiac infarction in rats with the ligation of the front descending branch of the left coronary,artery,increase the activity of myocardium and serum SOD,decresae MDA content and CPK and LDH in myocardium,and inhibit the formation of thrombus.All this indicates the protective effect of the capsule for myocardial ischemia.
