摘要
目的探讨脐带异常对围生儿的影响。方法产前随机抽456例,选用B超、电子监护仪连续监测、脐血流图、羊水污染的程度进行生物物理评分,对出生脐带异常的172例进行分析。结果脐带导致胎儿宫内窘迫中新生儿窒息发生率明显增加。结论脐带异常是造成胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡的原因之一,因此及早诊断对围生期保健和提示临床分娩方式具有重要意义。B超、电子监护、脐血流诊断脐带异常是简单可行的方法之一,对指导临床具有重要意义。
Objective The purpose is to disscuss the influence of abnormal umbilical cora to perinatal infants.Methods 456 antepartum women have been random selected. After the B-type ultrasound detector,continuous cardiotocography,umbilical dromogram,the contaminative degree of amniotic fluid have been took,the biophysics grade was given,the 172cases with abnormal umbilical cord was analyxed.Result The rate of choked neonates obviously increase in those abnormal umbilical cord causing fatal distress in uterus. Conclusion The abnormal umbilical cord reason of fatal distress,newborn choke and death of perinatal infants.Accordingly,it was of delivery.Diagnosing abnormal umbilical cord by B--type ultrasound detector,continuous cardiotecography and umbilical dromogram is simole and feasible means,it is of important value to guide clinic.
