摘要
人类癌症中最常见的基因改变是p53基因突变,survivn是新发现的调亡抑制基因家族成员,抑制细胞凋亡,参与细胞周期调控。在恶性肿瘤发生的癌基因研究中,不少学者提出了多基因协同作用假说,基因水平的治疗已成为热点。现综述p53、Survivin目前研究进展。
