摘要
目的总结经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期处理措施。方法对行经尿道前列腺电切术从术前准备,术中处理,术后并发症防治等方面进行处理。结果术后出血6例,尿失禁10例,尿道感染7例,肺部感染3例,下肢深静血栓形成1例,电切综合征1例,有2例尿失禁随访3个月未恢复。其余康复顺利。结论充分的术前准备,恰当的术中处理术后配合护士落实各项基础护理及并发症的防治是保证前列腺电切术围手术期顺利康复的重要措施。
Objective To summerize the management of transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia in pert-operational period.Methods A study was carried out about preoperative preparation,managment during operation and prevention and cure of complication after operation.Results Postoperative blood was observed in 6 cases,urinary incontinece in 10 cases,and urinary tract infection in 7 cases.Pulmonary infection occurred in 3 cases,venos thrombus of lower extremity in 1 case,and transurethral resection syndrome was seen in I case.All cases got recovevy expect 3 cases of uvinary incotinece after a follow--up for 3 months. Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation,proper management during operation,all basic nursing and prevention and cure for complications are important measures in pert--operational period of transurethral resection of prostate.
