摘要
应用差示分光光度法研究了牛红细胞Cu2Zn2SOD的紫外光谱,归属和讨论了酶活性中心金属离子与配体间全部电荷转移谱带,给出了相应的配体轨道光学电负性,特别研究了涉及Zn2+的电荷转移谱带.
The differential spectroscopy is used to study the UV spectra of Cu 2Zn 2SOD of bovine erythrocytes .Eight bands of the transfer spectra between ligand and metal charge(LMCT) of the enzyme active center are found.These LMCT absorptions originate in the structure of Cu(Π) imidazole and Cu(Π) imidazolate.The absorptions of σ(ImH)→,3π 2(ImH)→,π 1(ImH)→,(σ N+σ N)(Im -)→,(σ N-σ N)(Im -)→,π(Im -)→Cu 2+ occur at 238,253,259,265,330,235,350 and 282 nm,correspectively.Besides,their optical electronegativities are also given in correspond.Particularly,the spectra concerning Zn 2+ ion in this enzyme is studied,and two bands of 234 and 298nm are obesrved which originate probably from the LMCT absorption of Zn 2+ and its ligands.
