基于gyrator结构复数滤波器稳定性分析

摘要 分析了滤波器电路振荡的可能以及产生振荡的原因,对其中各个环路都进行了稳定性分析.为了保证各个共模环路的稳定性,最粗略的估计要求跨导单元的共模增益小于0.6.在此稳定性分析的基础上,设计了复数滤波器电路,并给出了仿真和测试结果. The paper analysis reasons why there is a stability problem are examined in detail, showing how the circuit becomes unstable. Stability analysis of each loop is executed. To ensure stability the common mode gain of the OTA cell must be lower than 0.6, thought 0.6 is not that accurate. Based on the analysis, a five-order complex filter is implemented. Simulation and testing results are given to verify the analysis above.
