康痫丸对致痫大鼠行为及病理学影响

摘要 目的探讨康痫丸治疗原发性癫痫的作用机制。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、癫痫模型组、丙戊酸钠组、康痫丸组,每组10只。采用戊四氮(PTZ)亚惊厥剂量造模。观察药物处理后致痫大鼠癫痫发作行为的改变,大脑海马和皮层病理形态学改变。结果康痫丸能延长癫痫发作潜伏时间并缩短惊厥时间,改善行为学异常状态,与癫痫模型组比较均有显著性差异;癫痫模型组出现以神经元变性甚至细胞坏死为主的病理变化,康痫丸变性、坏死神经元百分比明显低于模型组。结论康痫丸可减轻致痫大鼠异常行为发作程度,减轻致痫大鼠的神经元损伤。 Objective:To study the mechanism of Kangxian Pill in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods :40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, sodium valproate group and Kangxian Pill group. The pentylenetetrazol was used to establish epileptic model. The epileptic behavior and pathologic changes of epileptic rats were recorded. Results: The Kangxian Pill prolonged the potential time of epilepsy attacks and shortened the spasmodic time of epilepsy attacks. The praxiology indices were improved also. There were obvious difference between model group and Kangxian Pill group. Conclusion: Kangxian Pill can improve the praxiology indices and protect the neuron of epileptic rats.
