摘要
随着社会对医学人才的要求不断变化和提高,现代医学人才必须兼具科学精神和人文精神,作为从医学生到医生转变的实习阶段是这两种精神从理论到实践的转化阶段,这一阶段强化通识教育对培养未来医务工作者所需的伦理道德、职业习惯、社会责任感等人文素养具有重要的意义,同时这一时期也是医学生科学精神和创新思维逐渐形成阶段,强化通识教育是十分必要的。
With the society＇s constantly changing and increasing requirements, modern medical talents must have both scientific and humanistic spirit. During the internship, when one is transformed from a medical student to a physician, the two spirits are changed from theory to practice. Emphasizing general education is very important in cultivating the future doctors ＇ humanistic qual- ifies such as ethics, occupational habits and sense of social responsibility. As this period is also one when the students＇ scientific spirit and creative thinking are formed, it is very necessary to strengthen general education.
