宝钢1号高炉1996年4月2日停炉大修,对高炉炉体耐火材料、炉身冷却、炉前出铁场、水渣等系统均作了改进,并采用了炉前脱硅技术和喷吹煤粉技术。
The Baosteel's No - 1 BF was blown out for overhauling on April 2,1996. During the overhauling some improvements were made in refractory for BF, cooling system for BF shaft, casthouse and water granulated slag system. In addition,other advanced technologies such as the casthouse desiliconization and pulverized coal injection were adopted.
