摘要
人才培养方案是学校人才培养的纲领性文件,是教学质量的重要保证。本文针对泸州医学院新一轮医学本科人才培养方案修订中出现的重视不够、课程设置不合理等问题,提出了相关的改进措施,为确保人才培养质量奠定了坚实的基础。
As a programmatic document on talent cultivation of an educational institution, the talent training program is an important guarantee for the quality of teaching. The paper proposes some related countermeasures for solving the problems in the new round revision on the Medical Undergraduate Talent Training Program of Luzhou Medical College, such as insufficient attention to the revi- sion and unreasonable curricular system, in the hope that the program will lay a solid foundation for guaranteeing the quality of talent training.
