摘要
对某公寓楼在首层柱混凝土强度不足情况下的加层进行了抗震加固设计。首先,分析了直接加层结构计算模型的动力特性,确定需加固部位,进而进行加固设计;最后,验算加固后加层结构的各项性能指标,均满足现行规范的各项要求,可为类似工程的加固设计提供借鉴经验。
In this paper, the anti-seismic strengthening design for one apartment house is presented, First, the dynamic characteristics of the direct adding stores structure are analyzed, and what structural members to be reinforced are determined, then the anti-seismic strengthening design is carried out. Finally, the dynamic characteristics of the adding stores structure are tested, and the constructional structure with seismic reinforcements satisfied with various of the present requirements standardized. This case can provide an experience for reinforce design of similar constructional projects.
