摘要
本文针对电池板边框组角工序的可靠性提出了3种工艺形式。通过分析3种形式的工艺特征,指出各自的适应环境和工艺要求,同时提出了一种新的工艺方案,供铝型材端面设计人员和机器设计人员参考,使组件工艺变得简单、可靠和高效。
As for the reliability of frame crimping for solar panel, here introduces three kinds of technology. By analyzing the characteristics of the three kinds of technology, we will point out their adaptable situation and technology required. At the same time,we will put forward a new technology program for the reference of the aluminum-end designers and machinery designers to make the crimping technology simple, reliable and efficient.
