摘要
目的:探讨开颅手术后颅内感染的诊断和治疗方法,以提高疗效。方法:对37例颅脑手术后颅内感染患者的有关临床资料进行分析和总结。结果:37例患者中痊愈出院35例,1例并发多器官功能衰竭死亡,1例放弃治疗。结论:对开颅手术后发生的颅内感染,早期诊断,及时在全身使用大量有效抗生素的同时行腰穿持续引流、鞘内或脑室注入敏感有效抗生素收到良好疗效。
Objective：To explore the methods of diafft^osis and treatment of intracranial irdection of post-craniotomy for improving efficacy. Methods ： The relevant ctinica/data of 37 cases of patients with intracrania infection of post-craniotomy was analyzed and summarried. Results： Among 37 cases of patients,35 cases cured,1 death case complicated by multiple organ failure,1 case gave up the treatment. Conclusions： For intracranial infection occulted after craniotomy,early diagnosis and timely body use of a large number of effective antibiotics,and at the same time, drainage line lumbar puncture, intrathecal or intraventricular injection of an sensitive and effective antibiotic received a good therapeutic effect.
