摘要
继续教育是企业人力资本增值的最直接途径,是企业对员工的有效激励方式。结合武钢继续教育实例,提出了创新继续教育的内容、手段、方式等建议。
Nowadays continuous engineering education (CEE for short) is thought of the most direct aqqroach for enterprise to increase value in human resource capital, an effieient way to impel employess. This article how CEE activities are updated in the Wuhan Iron'steel company.
