摘要
对以氧化钙为钙剂制取食品添加剂丙酸钙的最适反应条件进行了研究。实验结果表明:最适反应温度和时间分别为70~95℃和10~30min,最适CaO乳浊液浓度和丙酸溶液浓度分别为1.0~1.3mol·L-1和12~13mol·L-1,而丙酸物质的量以过量50%为宜。
The synthetic conditions of calcium propionate from calcium oxide and propionic acid were studied and the optimum conditions were as follows:the reaction at 70~95℃ for 10~30 minutes and terminal point pH 7~8,CaO concentration 1.0~1.3 mol/L,propionic acid concentration 12~13 mol/L,the excessive coefficient of propionic acid(in the ratio of mol tomol)50%.
