摘要
钻井完井后的废弃物不仅仅是工程流体及井场污水,还应重视与这些液体接触过的被污染物,如钻屑、土壤等。日本提出了新的钻井废弃物处理技术——蒸发浓缩处理新方法,并研制了絮凝剂、污水处理剂、土壤改良剂、固体稳定剂等新型处理药剂,同时首次应用了真空蒸发分离装置、卧式旋流压缩装置等大型设备,并将其集成为一体化的废弃物处理装置,可以在钻井的同时对废弃钻井物进行处理,避免了只有终端处理的缺陷,实现了在钻井过程中处理回收废弃钻井流体的技术突破。
A new drilling waste treatment technology is invented in Japan. A vacuum evaporation separation device and a horizontal cyclone compressor are used in combination of some new treatment agents, such as flocculant, waste water treatment additive, soil modifier and solid stabilizer, in drilling waste treatment. The separation device and the cyclone compressor are integrated to offer a drilling waste treatment while drilling service.
