摘要
针对水平井储层保护问题,结合石南油田气层盐敏特性,水平井钻井完井液选用无固相盐水水包油钻井液。通过对钻井液用水矿化度的调整、配方的优化与评价,形成了适合该区的完井液方案,并成功应用于SNHW401井三开水平段。现场应用结果表明,无固相盐水水包油钻井液具有很强的抑制性和稳定性,抗盐能力和悬浮携屑能力强,井壁稳定,起下钻、下筛管正常,能够满足水平段施工的要求,并有利于储层保护,特别适用于气层的保护,该钻井液应用井LUHW401井和DX1805井的日产气量均超过10×104m3。
A solids free saltwater oil-in-water (O/W) drilling and completion fluids was selected for drilling horizontal gas wells, in which reservoirs are sensitive to salt concentrations. The fluid was optimized through laboratory studies, and was successfully used in the horizontal section of Well SNHW401. This mud was strongly inhibitive and had a high tolerance to salt and a high cuttings-carrying capacity and was thus suitable for drilling the horizontal sections. The gas production rates of two horizontal wells (LUHW401 and DX1805) were greater than 10×104 m3 because of the very low reservoir permeability impairment caused by this drilling fluid.
