摘要
目的建立职业病工作人员甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)及CA199的参考值范围。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法对1033例职业病工作人员(男762,女271,年龄24-78岁)血清AFP、CEA及CA199进行检测,按年龄段分为五组,确定AFP、CEA、CA199 95%参考值范围。结果男女血清中AFP、CEA及CA199的正常值分别为(3.458±1.437)、(3.168±1.544),(2.176±1.353)、(0.924±0.130),(11.567±8.82)、(12.248±9.28);男、女之间比较CEA有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年龄组比较CEA(P<0.05)和AFP(P<0.05)有统计学意义;随着年龄的增长,AFP、CEA、CA199均呈规律性的变化。结论应分性别和年龄建立参考值范围。
Objective To establisli tile normal reference range of AFP, CEA and CA199 in serum by electric- chemistry glowing immune. Methods Electric -chemistry, glowing immune was used to determine AFP, CEA. and CAt99 irt 1033 normal individuals of occupational disease (male 762 , female 271,24-78 year old ). Results ①The average value of AFP, CEA and CA199 were ( 3. 458 ±1. 437 ) , (3. 168± 1. 544) ; (2. 176 ± 1. 353) , (0. 924±0. 130) ; ( 11. 567 ±8.82), ( 12. 248± 9.28) for men and women respectively. ②Significant difference was found in CEA between male and female ( P 〈 0.05 ). ③The levels of CEA and AFP were also significant difference among age subgroups. Increasing with age, the levels of AFP, CEA and CA199 have regular changes. Conclusion Electric -chemistry glowing immune can be used to establish the reference range of AFP, EEA, CA199 with the different age and gender.
