摘要 运用AHP,DEA和模糊规划的方法研究如何选择物流联盟伙伴组建供应链。首先应用AHP方法结合DEA方法对供应链各环节的不同企业进行有效评价,然后根据评价结果初选出少量企业,最后以最小化供应链物流总成本和总运作时间为目标,应用模糊规划选出各环节最佳物流企业组建供应链。应用本方法选择物流企业联盟伙伴可以有效降低供应链作业时间和作业成本。 The paper researches into how to choose logistics alliance fellow to build a supply chain by the use of AHP,DEA and fuzzy programming. Firstly,we evaluate different enterprises at varied parts in the supply chain by use of AHP and DEA. Then we choose a small number of enterprises according to the evaluation. At last,we choose the best enterprises to construct a supply chain in virtue of fuzzy programming for the purpose of minimizing the total operation cost and time in the supply chain. Choosing logistics alliance fellow by dint of models in the paper can reduce operation cost and time of a supply chain.
