摘要
以社会需求为目的,培养具备综合性关键能力和高水平专业技能的高技能型人才,是高职院校的主要目标和任务。分析高职生的能力内涵和结构,阐述关键能力和专业技能的关系,高职院校应根据社会和市场的需求,不断完善高技能人才的能力素质培养体系。
Training high-skilled talents with comprehensive key competency and high level professional skills to meet the needs of the society is the main target and task of high vocational colleges. The connotation of ability and its structure are analyzed and the relationship of key competency and professional skills is expounded.
