摘要
职业态度是馆员从事图书馆工作经验积累而习得的心理倾向。馆员态度在馆员的行为和品德中具有重要作用。态度管理是目标化、组织化的调控措施及其实施过程。从职业激励机制、图书馆文化氛围、职业态度培训、共感能力、消极态度转变等五个方面探讨了如何构建馆员态度管理的机制。
Vocational attitude is a psychological tendency that librarians develop from accumulated experience in library work. Attitude plays an important role in librarians' conduct and morals. Attitude management is the targetoriented and systematization control measune and its implementation process. Thiss paper explores how to construct the management mechanism of librariuns' attitude from the following aspects : the vocational encouragement mechanism, cultural environment of the library, vocational attitude training, empathic understanding and the change of negative attitude.
