雨量测报是水文工作中的重要组成部分,它在防洪减灾、保障人民生命财产安全方面起着至关重要的作用。针对邢台市人工雨量观测存在的不足,阐述了邢台市雨量自动测报系统建设的意义,深入讲解了该系统的软硬件构成,并着重说明了系统软件的优点和功能,最后分析了该系统在实践中所产生的社会效益和经济效益。
Rainfall measuring is an important part of the hydrological work, and plays an important role in prevention of flood and disaster, protection of people life. Have taken the shortcoming that manpower rainfall observation of Xingtai City as starting point, we expound the value of the construction of the Automatic Rainfall Measuring System of Xingtai City, and go deep into the constitution of the software and hardware of this system, and stress the advantage and function of the system software, at last, analyze the social and economic benefit of this system in practice.
