高速公路是促进社会经济发展的重要基础设施。根据延安市特殊地理位置和经济结构,已建成的高速公路和在建高速公路对促进延安地方经济发展起着至关重要的作用。它对于加速区域资源开发、优化投资环境、发展特色旅游、促进城镇文化事业发展等方面将产生重大影响。
Freeway is the key public facility which promotes a city＇s social and economic development. The paper begins with the special geographical location of Yan＇an and actual development of Yan＇an freeway, explaining how freeway that has been completed promotes and optimizes local economic development, exploration of regional resources, investment environment, the development of tourism, and the development of urban and rural cultural undertakings.
