摘要
科学发展观提出的重要背景是贫富差距日益扩大,并且造成了一系列的社会矛盾和问题,影响了社会稳定和可持续发展。根据科学发展观的基本要求,政府干预贫富差距扩大是必然的,按照统筹兼顾的方法来解决贫富差距问题,必然把缩小城乡差距和地区差距作为首要任务。围绕科学发展观的要义和核心开展工作,就要着力解决社会弱势群体的社会保障问题,让改革的成果共同享有,以促进社会和谐发展。
The important background of the scientific development is the growing gap between the rich and the poor, which resulted in a series of social conflicts and problems that affected social stability and sustainable development. According to the basic requirements of the scientific development, it is inevitable for government to intervene the gap between the rich and the poor. In accordance with the holistie approach to solve the problem,it is inevitable to reduce the urban -rural gap and regional it is necessary to focus on solving social disparity. Around the scientific development and the core meaning of work, security problems of the vulnerable groups, so that people can share fruits of reform and promote the harmonious development of society.
