摘要
针对目前影视传媒类专业实践技能培养存在的一些问题,提出了影视传媒专业实践技能培养体系管理模型和影视传媒专业实践能力的构成模型,并构建了影视传媒专业实践技能培养体系,指出以任务驱动、比赛激励、团队组建、氛围营造、展示创新、培养成就等为实践技能的培养指导思想,以提高学生的实践动手能力;最后,对影视传媒专业实践技能培养体系的思维培养也提出了要求.
For the problems existing in the professional skills cultivation in the television media major, this paper put forward the management model of practical skills about professional television media training system and composition model of practical skills in the television media major. The practical skills training system in the Television Media Major was established. The guiding ideas of practical skills training included： task - driven, competition - encouraging, team - built, atmosphere - creating, creativity - showing, achievement- cultivating and so on, which strengthen the students＇ operating abilities. Finally, some requirements were raised for the cultivating thoughts of practical skills training system in the television media major.
