介绍盘式刀库加工中心换刀子程序丢失后,维修人员如何根据盘式刀库换刀过程、换刀系统控制流程并结合诊断参数或梯形图,重新编制换刀子程序,调试成功并重新设置相应机床参数.
Introduces the resolution to handle the problem of tool disc changer lost, which means the tool magazine can not change tools. The paper points out that the maintainers may reprogram the subprogram of exchanging tools to clear the trouble according to the process of exchanging tools, the control process of the exchanging tool system as well as diagnosis diameters or ladder diagram. Then after a successful test they should re-set the diameters of the CNC machine involved.
