摘要
运用均匀设计,以改进加权单纯形法为手段,在计算机辅助下研究了藿香挥发油薄层色谱溶剂系统的最优化。分别通过四因素和三因素试验选择溶剂组分和配比,共用18次实验,确定最佳溶剂系统为醋酸乙酯乙醚石油醚(0.08∶0.29∶4.63)。
Optimization technique of solvent system for thin layer chromatography of Agastache rugosus Volatile Oil is described. Developing components and their proportions were selected by means of homogeneous design and modified weight centroid method with the aid of a computer respectively. Ethyl acetateethyl etherpetroleum ether (008∶029∶463), the optimum solvent system was obtained after eighteen experiments.
