摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定四磨汤中辛弗林含量的方法,为建立四磨汤质量标准提供参考。方法:采用DIKMA Diamonsil C_(18)(5μ250×4.6 n)色谱柱;流动相:甲醉一水-0.02mol/L 磷酸(69.9:30:0.1);检测波长:225nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温 :30℃。结果:辛弗林进样量在(0.48~2.40)μg内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9991)。结论:本色谱条件下的高效液相色谱法测定四磨汤口服液中辛弗林含量操作简便,准确性高,稳定性好,可以用于四磨汤口服液的质量控制。
To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for quantitative determination of Synephrine in Simotang. Method: DIKMA Diamonsil C18(5μ 250×4.6mn) for column,methanol-water-0.02mol/L phosphoric acid(69.9∶30∶0.1) for mobile phase,225nm detective length,1.0ml/min for flow rate,temperature 30℃. Results:For Synephrine,the linear rang was from 0.48 to 2.40μg (r=0.9991). Conclusion: This HPLC method for quantitative determination of Synephrine in Simotang oral liquid is simple and has high accuracy and good stability.It can be used for quality control for Simotang oral liquid.
