面对特大自然灾害的发生,如何做好电力、交通、通信等基础设施建设,提高抗灾和保障能力是本文将要讨论的问题。应急物流信息系统除了具有支持和决策的作用,还能帮助电力公司收集整理信息,准确预测未来的灾情,从而可以有效地做好准备,控制灾情。
The purpose of this arcticle is to discuss some issues about govermnent how to improve the infrastructures such as the facility of power, transportation system and communication technology and how to enhance the capability of resisting natural disaster when we encounter the disaster, instead, we woke up to what we should do after the disaster has happened. Emergent logistics information system not only can help the power company to collect and coordinate information and accurately forecast the future disaster but also have the function of support and decision-making.
