摘要
利用孔雀绿—磷钼杂多酸分光光度法与反相流动注射分析(r-FIA)联用,建立了一种简便、快速的皮革废水中磷酸盐(PO4-P)的测定方法,并且有效地消除了皮革废水中色度的干扰。在优化试验条件下,当磷酸盐(PO4-P)浓度在1~120μg·L-1时呈现良好的线性,其线性方程为:y=0.793x+35.539(R2=0.9992);检出限(3σ)为0.34μg.L-1;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.84%(60μg·L-1PO4-P,n=10)。利用本方法分析皮革水样中的磷酸盐,回收率为98.6%~106.2%,结果令人满意。
A simple, rapid and direct detection method of trace phosphate ( PO4 - P) in tannery wastewater by reversed flow injection spectrophotometry with Molybdophosphate and Malachite Green was described without influence of chroma. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit is 0.34μg·L^-1, reproducibility is 0.84% RSD for 60μg·L^-1phosphate ion (n = 10) and a linear response is y = 0. 793x + 35. 539 (R^2 = 0. 999 2) when phosphate (PO4 -P) is withinl -120μg·L^-1. The results are satisfied using this method to analyze the phosphate in seawater, and the range of recovery percentages is from 98.6 % to 106.2 %.
