甲钴胺骶管注射治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察甲钴胺骶管注射治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法120例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例使用甲钴胺1mg,2%利多卡因5mL,德宝松2mL加入0.9%氯化钠溶液15mL中配成混悬液作骶管注射,每位患者注射3次,每次间隔7d,对照组60例将甲钴胺换成维生素B121mg,其余相同。治疗前后采用10分制目测类比评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评定患者的疼痛程度,记录的数据经SPSS10.0检验统计学意义。结果治疗组治疗后疼痛评分好于对照组,P<0.05。结论甲钴胺骶管注射可有效改善腰椎管狭窄症患者疼痛。 Objective To observe the effect of sacral injecting Methylcobalamin in treating the patients.Methods 120 patients of spinal canal stenosis were divided into two groups randomly:experimental group and control group,each group has 60 patients.The experimental group palients were treated by sacral injecting Methylcobalamin and the control group Meihylcobalamin was replaced by VitBi2.Visual analogue scale was used to estimate the effect of treating.Results The effect of experimental group was better than the effect of control group.The statistic analysis of two groups had very significant difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion Sacral injecting Methylcobalamin is effective in treating of spinal canal stenosis.
