摘要
在塑料拱棚下进行木芙蓉扦插繁殖试验,研究不同类型插穗、不同扦插基质以及不同生根粉(IBA)浓度对木芙蓉扦插生根成活率的影响.试验结果表明:半木质化枝条比嫩枝生根成活率高;不同浓度的IBA处理中以1 000mg/kg效果最好,生根成活率达86.7%;3种不同扦插基质中,以山砂基质的扦插成活率最高.扦插繁殖的最佳组合是:采用半木质化枝条作插穗,经1 000 mg/kg浓度IBA处理,在山砂基质上扦插.
Experiments were conducted to study the effects of cutting types, media and IBA contents on survival rate of cutting of Hibiscus mutabilis. The experimental results showed that the survival rate of semi-lignified cutting was higher than tender cutting; the IBA content of 1000 mg/kg had the best effect among the concentrations tested; sand was the medium with the best cutting results. It was concluded that the optimum conditions for cutting propagation of Hibiscus mutabilis were using semi-lignified cuttings, treating the cuttings with IBA of 1000 mg/kg, and taking sand as the medium.
