摘要
惯性冲击电机(IDM)是利用压电陶瓷元件的快速变形而产生的惯性冲击来实现微位移的一种驱动机构。IDM设计并制造完成后,其定位的精确程度取决于驱动电源,因此高性能的驱动电源对IDM尤为重要。该文介绍了各种驱动电源,设计并制作了一种电压型直流放大式驱动电源。整个驱动电源由直流电源模块、信号发生模块和功率放大模块组成。最后通过一系列实验来检验驱动电源。实验表明,IDM具备稳定性高,性能好和适用性广的特点,具有广泛的应用前景。
Impact Drive Mechanism (IDM) is a device which utilizes impulse force caused by rapid deformations of piezoelectric element. After being designed and made, the positioning accuracy of IDM relies on the driver. Hence high performance driver is very important for IDM. In this paper all kinds of drivers were investigated, and a DC voltage amplification driver was designed. The driver consisted of three parts which were the DC power supply mod- ule, the signal generation module and the power amplification module. At last, the driver was tested by a series of experiment. The result indicated that the driver had a feature of high stability, high performance and wide usage, which was valuable and had a nice prospect.
