摘要
目的探讨氯胺酮对小鼠十二指肠及回肠纵行肌条收缩活动的影响。方法取小鼠十二指肠及回肠纵行肌条,放入盛满Kreb's液的灌流肌槽中,加入药物,记录其收缩活动的变化。结果不同浓度氯胺酮(1×10^(-6),3×10^(-6),1×10^(-5),3×10^(-5),1×10^(-4),3×10^(-4),1×10^(-3)mol/L)对十二指肠肌条收缩幅度变化百分率分别为- 8.61±1.21,-15.08±2.13,-36.53±4.82,-60.74±9.42,-77.06±7.68,-89.65±14.24,-93.34±10.85;对回肠肌条收缩幅度变化百分率分别为-2.31±1.04,-2.43±2.01,-5.23±1.47,-8.75±1.16,-50.76±2.37, -85.43±10.52,-94.25±8.12。结论氯胺酮可抑制离体十二指肠及回肠肌条的自主收缩活动,且对回肠的抑制效应比对十二指肠更加明显。
Objective To study the effect of ketamine on contract activities of isolated duodenum and ileum longitudinal strips in mice. Methods Duodenum and ileum longitudinal strips were taken to place them in a perfusion muscular socket filled with kreb' s liquid, and to add the drug into it and record the changes of their contract activities. Results With different concentrations of ketamine( 1 ×10^ -6,3 × 10^ -6, 1 × 10^-5,3 × 10^-5 , 1 × 10^-4 ,3 × 10^-4 , 1 × 10^-3 mol/L) , the contract amplitude variance percentages of duodenum muscular strips were - 8.61 ± 1.21, - 15.08 ±2. 13, - 36.53 ±4.82, - 60.74 ± 9.42, - 77.06 ±7.68, - 89.65 ±14.24, - 93.34 ± 10.85, respectively. And those of ileum muscular strips were - 2.31±1.04, -2.43 ±2.01, -5.23±1.47, -8.75±1.16, -50.76±2.37, -85.43±10.52, -94.25± 8.12, respectively. Conclusion Ketamine can inhibit the autonomic contract activities of duodenum and ileum muscular strips away from the bodies and the inhibitory effect on duodenum is more apparent than that on ileum.
