摘要
PFI是目前国际上基础设施开发一种先进融资模式。本文通过对PFI项目融资模式的运作程序、分类特点分析,探讨我国基础设施建设实施PFI融资模式的意义。对基础设施项目实施PFI融资模式的风险进行分析,并提出相应对策。
PFI is an advanced financing mode for international development of the infrastructure, through discuss the operation procedures of PFI project financing mode and the features of classification, the paperstudy the significance of implementation of PFI financing mode on China＇s infrastructure construction, and analysis the risk for PFI financing model on the implementation of infrastructure projects, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.
