摘要
介绍了预先危险性分析法(PHA)与作业条件危险性评价法(LEC)结合的应用步骤、实现方法;用LEC法确定PHA的危险等级。并以建筑施工为例,具体说明了PHA-LEC法在建筑安全评价中的应用。
The application and realization method of the PHA-LEC method were briefly introduced.The determination of hazard scale in PHA wa.s quantitatively calculated by Labor Environment Condition （LEC） method.Based on safety assessment of Building Construction ,the application of PHA-LEC was demonstrated.
