摘要
目的:观察豚鼠哮喘模型血清中TXB2及6-keto-PGF1α的变化,对肉桂平喘作用的机理进行初步探讨。方法:用不同浓度肉桂提取物作用于豚鼠哮喘模型,观察其对血清中TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α的影响。结果:肉桂使血清中的TXB2的水平降低,而6-Keto-PGF1α水平上调,并且TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α的比值显著性下降。结论:肉桂的作用机制可能是通过缓解慢性炎症,进而缓解支气管平滑肌的痉挛达到平喘的作用。
Objective:to observe TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in serum of guinea pig models, and to explore the mechanism of Rougui relieving asthma. Methods: Rougui Extracts of different concentrations were given to guinea pig models to observe the effect on TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in serum.Results: Rougui lowered TXB2 level, heightened 6-keto-PGF1α, and the ratio of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α decreased significantly. Conclusion: Rougui relieving asthma may achieved by alleviating chronic inflammation and then easing the spasm of bronchial smooth muscle.
