《振兴规划》期2009～2011年,跨越"十一五"和"十二五"。12项政策措施中,前4项解决当前问题,要扩大市场需求;后8项着眼于解决发展中的问题,通过调整结构,谋求汽车工业3年有一个较大的发展。
The prosperity plan starts from 2009 and ends in 2011, which includes ＂11th Five-year Plan＂ and ＂12th Five-year Plan＂ . Four policies in it are set to resolve current problems and expand market demands. The rest eight are with a view to great development in next three years through reorganization.
