摘要
目的探讨高龄患者股骨颈骨质疏松性骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2000年4月～2007年9月收治的45例高龄股骨颈骨质疏松性骨折的临床资料。结果均顺利完成手术,术后发生并发症5例,随访32例。结论对于高龄股骨颈骨质疏松性骨折应早期固定,进行功能锻炼,恢复髋关节活动。
Objective To discuss the surgical methods and clinical efficacy of femoral neck fractures of elderly patients. Methods Retrospectively analyse he clinical data of our hospital from April 2000 to September 2007 treated 45 cases of the femoral neck elderly osteoporotic fractures. Results AU of them successfully completed surgery,postoperative complications occurred in 5 cases, 32 cases were followed up. Conclusion For senior citizens the femoral neck of osteoporotic fractures should be fixed early,exercise,avoid physical disuse, the restoration of the hip joint activities.
