肝细胞性肝癌组织中GnRH及其受体的免疫组织化学定位 被引量:8

摘要 肝癌可能是一种性激素依赖性肿瘤,培养的人肝癌细胞上存在促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)结合位点,GnRH对该细胞系的生长有抑制作用[Panti D et al.En-docrinology,1995;136:75];但肝癌组织能否表达GnRH及其受体(GnRH-R),与肝癌细胞分化的关系如何,尚未见文献报道;为此我们观察不同分化级别肝癌组织中GnRH及其受体的定位和分布,以期为研究GnRH调控肝癌细胞增殖的机理提供依据.
