摘要 采用熔融插层法,通过双螺杆熔融挤出制备尼龙6(PA6)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,测定其拉伸强度和模量、弯曲强度和模量、冲击强度等性能。结果表明,当复合材料中蒙脱土质量分数为2%时得到的PA6/MMT复合材料综合力学性能最佳。 Nylon 6/montmorillonite nanocomposites are prepared by the melt insertion method in twin-screw extruder. Properties of the obtained composites are investigated by measuring the tensile strength and modulus, flexural strength and modulus, impact strength and so on. The optimal mechanical properties can be achieved when the composite contains 2wt% montmorillonite
