摘要
新建本科院校作为高校扩招的生力军,近年作为我国高校的一个群体迅速发展起来。但是在发展过程中,新建本科院校在办学定位、办学理念、学科设置、人才培养等方面存在着严重的办学趋同的情况。培育办学特色是新建本科院校在日趋激烈的环境下走出院校发展新路的最佳策略。因此,分析新建本科院校培育办学特色的动因,并提出新建本科院校培育办学特色的策略,具有重要的意义。
New undergraduate institutes, established in the past few years, form a new force in expanding new student enrolment. In the process of development, there exists a tendency of converging among them in their orientations, ideas disciplines and talents training in running the schools. Fostering educational characters of such colleges is the best policy for them to blaze new trails in their development. Therefore, to analyze the agent in and to devise strategies for fostering educational characteristics in such colleges are of great significance.
