摘要
0引言
目前,国内普遍采用落地钢管支架法对桥梁的下横梁进行施工。但若采用落地钢管支架法对斜拉桥进行施工,其支架基底位于坡面上,场地狭小,基底处理量大,钢管横向连接要求高,同时由于下横梁离塔柱底部超过100m,材料用量极大,拼装和拆卸极不方便,安全风险大。故本项目通过对斜拉桥的结构及其特性的研究,攻克了施工中存在的各种难题,研发出适宜高空大吨位横梁施工的墩旁托架施工技术。
The lower separator construction progress of Tieluoping cable-stayed bridge's main tower,which is 190 meters high,is studied to figure out how to carry out the construction on the lower separator in the place 110 meters high above the ground and creat a new construction method of bracket near the pier.This can save about 2 million RMB on the cost and provide reference for the construction of similar bridges.
