摘要
为更好地建设上海临港新城,从产业集聚模式入手,分析上海临港新城引进公司运营总部和设立行业协会的重大意义,提出上海临港新城产业集群发展策略.该新城管理委员会与上海市南汇区人民政府之间功能的合并,充分发挥港口管理局的行政作用,以及商业用地的合理使用和科学管理,是上海临港新城应重点突破的关键环节.
In order to imp spective of industrial agglo in Shanghai is put forward rove the construction of Lingang New City in Shanghai effectively, in the permeration, a development strategy of the Lingang New City＇ s industrial clusters by analyzing the great importance of introducing corporate operation headquarters and setting up trade associations. There are three major tasks for the Lingang New City yet to be accomplished： firstly, to merge the New City Administration Commission and Nanhui District Government into one entity; secondly, to involve Shanghai Port Administration Bureau in making local development strategies; and thirdly to utilize and manage the commercial land resources scientifically.
