摘要
器官移植面临着种种伦理挑战,这种挑战与器官移植技术理性的过分张扬密切相关。要规约这种技术理性必须将它置于医学目的的框架之下,必须对器官移植进行伦理确证和道德规约。生命伦理在这一点上具有独特的作用。
This paper researches into various ethical challenges upon organ transplantation, and argues that these challenges mainly result from prevalence of technological reason, so the technological reason should be guided by the frame of medical purposes, and should be ethically justified and regulated by morality, in which bioethics could play a unique role.
