摘要
人才是21世纪最有价值的财富,人力资源与人力资源管理是当今社会研究与关注的热点。"人力资源管理"课程是我国很多学校,尤其是高等院校经济管理类专业的重要教学内容,推广范围越来越大,学生也普遍表现出较高的学习热情,但课程教学方法单一、缺乏实践性等问题在很大程度上制约了该学科的更好发展。文章针对此提出如下措施:明确课程教学改革的具体内容,明晰课堂教学的具体步骤,提高教材理论性与生动性的结合水平,通过教学双方的共同参与与努力达到比较理想的效果。
Talent is the most valuable wealth in 21st Century. Human resource and human resource management are hot issues of the society. The course of HRM is one of important teaching contents for the students in academic, especially the one who majors in economies and management. The range of the course is wider and wider, with the learning enthusiastic higher and higher. But the simple teaching method and poor practice restrict the development. The suggestions are provided in this paper, such as definition of the concrete contents of teaching reform, for making clear steps of class teaching, improving the conjunction level of theory and vivid teaching materials. Ideal effectiveness will be obtained through the anticipation and endeavor of the teacher and students.
