本文分析了香港的国际金融、贸易、运输中心等功能作用及其市场机制和资金优势;研究了北京地区丰富的科技与智力资源优势;总结回顾了京港合作发展高科技产业的良好基础和美好前景;结合两地的优势和特点，提出了京港进一步合作发展高技术产业的基本原则和8个方面的对策建议。
This article analyses the functional performance of Hongkong possessing the position as a center of international finance, trading and transportation, its market mechanism and financial advantage, examines the superiorities of Beijing area abounding in rich saT and intellectual resources, summarizes and reviews the sound foundation and magnificent prospects of Beijing - Hongkong cooperation for developing high technology industry, and proposes the fundamental principles on further cooperation for developing high technology industry and matching recommendations in eight aspects.
